How was your onboarding experience at 99?
It was great! I began my first day with the Monday morning meeting, where I have been warmly welcomed by the whole team. I also had lunch with my business unit director. We shared and discussed about the corporate culture, the basic information to understand for a good start, we shared on our different backgrounds, and so on. My colleagues were constantly available to help me when needed. They were always available to answer my questions and to give me advice. I had a seamless onboarding!
What projects have you been tasked with?
My first mission, which I am still working on, is a central PMO function for regulatory matters within a renowned French bank.
How does the firm help you grow?
Firstly, 99 Advisory helps the consultants being involved in the different business offerings, based on their desires, and along with an expert consultant. For instance, before working on my first mission, I worked on four business offerings and internal projects only in 2 weeks. In my opinion, working on various projects is the best way to increase your skills range. Some trainings are also compelling. At 99 Advisory, we give, and we receive formation.
How do you fit into the 99 Advisory values?
99 Advisory values are: meritocracy, ambition, respect, benevolence, responsibility, excellency, and solidarity. I mostly identified to excellency and meritocracy, which I believe best represent 99 Advisory’s spirit. Those values particularly fit me both professionally and personally.
What do you like about the corporate culture?
Consultants are involved within the corporate culture. Indeed, once per week, the managers notify us about the firm’s progression. We often organise meetings in our business unit. Regular discussions and afterworks create an environment in which we meet each other, and we share about our missions and the corporate life. Our active involvement to events is always encouraged. It enhances the sense of belonging to 99 Advisory.
