How was your onboarding experience at 99?

I joined 99 Advisory two years ago, as Senior Consultant. My main motivations were the broad and diverse range of missions, the possibility to discover new industries, and the consultant’s high level of expertise. The integration day took place at the renowned Cercle des Armées in Paris. We had a breakfast followed by presentations from our CEO, CFO, and our HR Director, then the team’s managers presented their field of activity. Eating all together at this exceptional location was the perfect opportunity to meet colleagues in a welcoming environment.

What projects have you been tasked with?

We mostly work on compliance, transformation, digital/data, finance, and risks. I developed a strong expertise on transformation program management, integrating the organizational, technological and change management dimensions. More recently, I worked for an investment bank regarding its outsourcing strategy in terms of bank capacities management, financial transaction safety and anti-corruption. We became experts on specific niche markets, and we now guide our clients the best way to develop competitiveness.

How does the firm help you grow?

In this kind of human-size company, we feel responsible and the learning process is accelerated. At 99 Advisory, proximity between consultants is very important, we work in small teams, led by managers. It is an excellent company to grow in thanks to the diversity and the complexity of the missions. Our mentors help us all the time, they take care of our skills development plan through evaluations. I quickly became Manager within C-Suites Advisory service. This service works on topics about organization, operational excellence, and change management. The service mixes consultants’ professional expertise and know-how, and helps companies speed up their transformation. We are part of the company’s growth, for instance, I worked to conceive the first pitch for the launching of clients & employees experiences missions. I also participated in recruiting newcomers for our business unit, opening new offices, prospecting new missions, and creating partnerships with Fintechs.

How do you fit into the 99 Advisory values?

What do you like about the corporate culture?

Our working environment is pleasant: we have a wonderful office with a great view, only two steps away from the outstanding Arc de Triomphe in Paris. We do many events such as afterworks, diners, skiing weekend or abroad seminar. They are organized to promote the team spirit.
